real food, for food that is fresh, healthy, and authentic. I only use real ingredients here at Paanch Phoron. Farm fresh eggs, organic tomatoes, freshwater fish, and quality beef and poultry. I strive to make each and every dish a wholesome expression of my love for food. 

Over the past six months, I have been cooking in my kitchen trying out my favourite Indian dishes which my family and friends enjoy, this has blossomed into a food enterprise through the local neighbourhood cafe, with indoor and outdoor seating, room for families, and even crowds.
